Can I really sell this under my own brand?
Yes. The white-label tier puts your brand on the management portal and on the service. Your client deals with you; we stay behind the scenes.
Who owns and bills the customer?
Depends on the tier. Referral: us. Reseller: shared, your choice on billing. White-label: you own and bill the customer entirely, and we invoice you at wholesale.
Do I have to wait on you to provision or support clients?
No, that’s the point of the platform. Provisioning is automated and in most cases instant, so you set clients live yourself without raising a ticket. eSIMs and services activate on the spot. The only exception is a physical SIM card, which ships next-day, and even then it arrives under plain, unbranded cover so your client never sees our name. A realtime status page (refreshed every 5 minutes) shows service health, and support is built into the portal with a direct hook into our helpdesk for anything that needs us.
Do I have to host or manage anything?
No. That’s the point. Bonding and UniFi controllers are hosted by us. You provision and manage clients through the portal; we run the infrastructure and back-stop deep technical support.
Will you compete with me for my clients?
No. Everyone sells at the same standard retail price, so you can’t be undercut, by another partner or by us, and we route in-territory leads to you. Consistent channel pricing is set out in the partner agreement.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimums to get started. Take on your first client whenever you’re ready, and your tier improves as your volume grows.
What support do I get, and what am I expected to handle?
You handle first-line with your client (you know them best); we provide partner support and own L3 / infrastructure. Full SLA shared on your partner call.
How fast can I be live?
Most partners are onboarded within one to two business days of the partner call. After that, provisioning your first client through the portal is a matter of minutes.
I’m already a customer / refer the occasional contact — what changes?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you’re a customer you’re already in the Referral tier, rewarded in account credit. When you’re ready to sell and keep a proper margin, move up to Reseller or White-label.
