Common Questions
If you have multiple SIMs, their data allowances can be pooled. For example, two SIMs with 10GB each create a 20GB shared pool. Non-aggregated SIMs operate independently with their own data allowance.
An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded in your device. It offers the same functionality as a physical SIM but can be activated remotely via QR code. No physical swap required.
Enter APN name ‘simpliwifi’ (no password). Set network selection to ‘auto’ and the SIM will switch networks automatically. You can also set to ‘manual’ to lock to a specific network.
No. All MultiNet SIMs and eSIMs are PAYG. SIMs can be turned on, off, and back on whenever you like. You’re invoiced monthly at £1 per active SIM plus any data consumed.
Yes. Our SIMs work wherever there is 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G coverage on at least one UK network — Vodafone, EE, O2, or Three.
Yes. Our SIMs work across Europe and data is charged at the same rate as UK data — £4.25/GB.
Our SIMs can work globally but are restricted by default to prevent unexpected charges. Contact us before travelling outside the UK/EU so we can enable global roaming and advise on data rates.
