Grading Guidelines
All our devices are fully functional, professionally restored and graded using the guidelines below.

Brand new, sealed box.
Refurbished – Grade A
Shows no to minimal signs of use. Fully functional and professionally refurbished, tested, inspected and cleaned to excellent condition.
Refurbished – Grade B
May show slight signs of use. Fully functional and professionally refurbished, tested, inspected and cleaned to very good condition.
Refurbished – Grade C
Looks good with moderate signs of wear. Fully functional and professionally refurbished, tested, inspected and cleaned to good condition.
Open Box
Box unsealed, either to check contents or upgrade the device.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: We provide shipping services using DHL and Royal Mail.
Shipping Times: We aim to process orders promptly, within 1 business day. For standard shipping, you can expect your package to arrive within 1–3 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes 1–2 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is £15.95 per order, or we offer free shipping on all orders over £150 after discounts and reductions.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues that result from an incorrect shipping address.
Returns & Refund Policy
SimpliWiFi (simpliwifi.agency) is a trading name of SimpliWiFi Ltd. with Company Number 11336999 and VAT number GB506536987.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for refurbished items.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for brand new boxed and sealed items.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@simpliwifi.agency. Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address: SimpliWiFi Returns, Units 2b Wynnes Business Park, Hope Under Dinmore, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 0PX.
After your return is approved, we'll gladly provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to return your package. It's important to note that we're unable to accept any returns that haven't been requested in advance and have a valid returns authorisation number.

Damages and issues
After you receive your order, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to inspect the item(s) for any defects or damages, or if you have received the wrong item. If you happen to come across any of these issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away. We want to make sure that we properly evaluate the situation and do everything we can to make it right for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you already have an account with us you can initiate a request from there, or you can create an account in the customer portal at simpliwifi.agency/portal and then raise a request.
Refunds
As soon as we check your return, we'll let you know right away about your refund's approval status. If it gets approved, we'll automatically process and return the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
